Proactive Property Management was created by Brett Bufalino. Brett served on his Condominium Association’s board of directors for 12 years in every capacity. Often disappointed by the Association’s management company’s inability to be Proactive in matters regarding maintenance, budgeting, finance and general upkeep of the property Mr. Bufalino decided that a Proactive approach rather than a reactive approach to property management was the only solution.

If you are a member of a Condominium or Homeowner’s Association and find that you have to call your property management company to maintain your property, then you aren’t really being managed.

ProActive Property Management was created so Owners, Boards of Directors and Residents could enjoy their property without having to maintain it themselves. That is what owning a home in an Association run property is supposed to be.
