It had been my pleasure to know Brett Bufalino for the past year. I am a local Realtor and just sold a townhouse listed at Seabury Condos in Hampton, NH where he manages through his company Proactive Property Management. Throughout the whole process of listing the townhouse, Brett has been instrumental in getting me the information I needed, always at a moments notice.

Brett is extremely knowledgeable with the condominium covenants and knows them forwards and backwards. When there was an issue with damage to my unit, Brett was right there in the early morning hours taking control of the situation and assuring that the damage was documented and taken care of promptly.

A very big selling point for my unit was the fact that Seabury Condos was managed so well. People want to know that they will be taken care of and as a Realtor I could truthfully assure them of that.

From the lovely landscaping, to pool maintenance, snow removal, financial management, and repairs and upkeep, I’ve observed nothing but professional, trustworthy service. I can honestly say that I believe Seabury is managed with a level of integrity not always observed in the world of Real Estate.

I would very highly recommend Brett for anyone’s condominium management as I believe him to be reliable, dependable and quite professional.

I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Brett Bufalino and Proactive Property Management.  As an owner at Seabury Condominium, I have had the opportunity to observe Mr. Bufalino and to consult and work with him as we have planned improvements to our property.  As president of our association and now manager, Brett has been instrumental in major capital improvements such as roofing, windows, siding, decking, and irrigation projects.  He leads owners meetings, handles financing with our lenders, collects bids, and oversees projects on a daily basis until they are completed.  He is proud of his work and accepts all responsibilities associated with his duties.

On a day to day basis, he can be observed meeting with landscapers, contractors or talking with owners.  He is always accessible.  When my wife and I first drove into Seabury and were considering a purchase, Mr. Bufalino was on the grounds and took almost an hour touring us, explaining how the association worked and their planned improvements.  This personal attention was key in our decision to buy.

Our unit at Seabury is a second home and I also serve as a Board of Director in our condominium complex in Massachusetts.  I speak with first-hand knowledge of all the responsibilities you will charge a Management Company with and the trust and expectations you will develop.  Without reservation, I can say that Mr. Brett Bufalino and Proactive Property Management will take on the responsibilities of your association with the utmost pride and will work to make your development a “point of destination” where you will be proud to be an owner.

Brett Bufalino has willingly walked with us step by step in what has become the mystery of water in our garage.
