ProActive Property Management was created by Brett Bufalino. Brett served on his Condominium Association’s board of directors for 12 years in every capacity. Often disappointed by the Association’s management company’s inability to be Proactive in matters regarding maintenance, budgeting, finance and general upkeep of the property Mr. Bufalino decided that a proactive approach rather than a reactive approach to property management was the only solution.
