North Beach Condominiums

Located in Hampton N.H. on Kings Highway, North Beach Condominiums is a 31 unit condominium complex.

The property has it’s own swimming pool located in the middle of the complex.

NBC is across the street from North Beach. North Beach is quieter than Hampton Beach, and does not have the traffic and congestion. The beach is quite long. It is great for walking, swimming, surfing or just hanging out and playing in the sand and waves and enjoying the sun.

NBC has a seven member Board of Directors. The BOD meets monthly to review budgets, work performed on the property or to address any other issues that may arise.

The residents of NBC are very involved with the maintenance and appearance of the property. Beautiful flowers and plantings are prevalent throughout the property.
