Seabury Condominiums

Seabury Condominiums is a quiet, low traffic, 104 Unit property that consists of 48 Garden Style units and 56 Townhouse units.
Seabury has open access to all the High School playing fields located directly behind the west end of the property.
There is a soccer arena 1/2 mile North on Winnacunnet Road as well as a Skateboard Park on Landing Road.
There is a safe Town Park for children with swings and slides within 1 mile of the property.

Seabury has its own swimming pool on the property, conveniently located in the midst of the majority of the units.

Seabury prides itself on financial stability and has reserves fully funded on an aggressive repair and maintenance schedule.
The property is overseen by the Seabury Board of Directors, which currently consists of two Townhouse Unit Owners, and three Garden Style Unit Owners.

The Seabury BOD meets once a month at ProActive Property Management. Unit owners are welcome to attend monthly meetings with advanced notice. All unit owners are encouraged to communicate with ProActive Property Management and/or the BOD with whatever concerns they may have by attending one of the monthly meetings, by phone, through letters,
or via email.
